Rated 2 out of 5 by from No pressure, lots of soot The holes in the burner are too big, so it produces a flame with no pressure that deposits soot all over the pot and burner frame. Very hard to clean and sticks to everything. Burner has pasteurized (75oC) about 20L, but very slow.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works but... It works well and is frugal on gas but the height needs to be adjustable. The burner is too far down from the pot. I propped the burner up on two bricks to get better contact with the pot, but I should not have to do this, that's why I gave it 3 stars rather than 5.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need improvement/ design flaw I bought this a year ago and had similar issue as per some of the negative reviews. Since it was designed to be used outdoors, wind is a problem as well as the burner is too low and there is a wastage of gas as it won't work on low setting. I considered returning it but after comtemplating other model/design on the market, I realize that the burner is much too low. I raised the burner to about 3 inches and now it works like a charm on both low and high settings. There is no more wastage of heat as before.

My dog chewed the hose and Im having trouble finding a new hose that fits. What is the orifice side pipe/thread size? Cant find one that goes into the burner. Thanks

Asked by: Timo
Orifice would be pipe thread but that a special fitting, best thing would be to buy a new hose regulator. If any trouble finding the part please call 450-641-3048

I see that this stove has a maximum output of 65,000 BTU. If adjusted to it's minimum setting what would the BTU output be? I don't need an exact answer, approximate is good enough.

Asked by: beergood
28,000 BTU Approx.

After my initial use I can no longer get a blue flame. I have tried 2 different tanks, adjusted the gas flow, adjusted the air mixture using the silver sleeve on the unit...I am out of ideas. Any input would be appreciated.

Asked by: user1213
Did you make sure no obstruction of the burner such as spider nest or small bugs. I would recommend cleaning the burner with air pressure.
