It is stuck so hard to the door I literally spend more time getting the sticker off (with a chisel) than actually installing the door. It’s guaranteed to leave behind sticky bits or take the prime up with it so I find I need to reapply a primer there.

What is the trimming allowance on this door?

Hello Suss, this door slab can be trimmed 1/8" all 4 sides.

Can this door be custom ordered to replace our old one perfectly? I have the specifications and in order for this door to work there would need to be some trimming.

I purchased 4 of these doors for my upstairs. Three of the 4 installed perfectly. The 4th door had to be trimmed. There were no issues with doing that. The door fits nicely now.

How do you find the fire rating on a door? example of 20min or 30 min?

I recently bought four of these and started installing. One of the top pivots (the one that fits into the track) is defective and the spring isn't engaging properly. How can I get a replacement part - I don't want to return the entire door.

It sounds like you have a hardware problem. When I purchased this door it did not come with hardware. It sounds like you are putting in a sliding door so I think you would have had to buy that hardware as a separate item.
