Square tube steel construction with a yellow poly powder-coat finish, 5 in. double locking casters and a spring-loaded locking mechanism. Steel reinforced plywood platform adjusts in 2 in. increments. Meets OSHA standards.

How to assemble or build the tower? It doesn't say in the instruction manual. We have a 19 feet high ceiling in the great room and dining room and need this tower to do some work at high levels but wondering how to build the tower. It's heavy and high.
