I've been a plumber for 6 years used all sorts of different cutters these by far are the best cutters I've ever used, even over the industry standard Ridgid. They cut fast and super smooth and leave a great cut, the reamer is the best and is almost effortless to use, all in all they are amazing and i would highly recommend these copper cutters to anyone.

How much clearance does this item need to cut 1 1/2" copper tubing?

Hello, The Constant Swing Copper Tubing Cutter has a length of approx. 10-inches and a width of 5-inches and so would need that amount of clearance to cut. If clearance is an issue, we would recommend the mini copper tubing cutter or close quarters tubing cutters.
