Is this top piece compatible to fit snugly onto the other 46" Milwaukee tool chest, model #48-22-8520? Need to roll it around the shop and over grates.

Does this chest have Full extension Drawers? I just received one, but only the drawers on the left side fully extend, while the smaller ones on the right appear to be 3/4 extension. Is this by design, or is there something wrong with this item?

They should all fully extend. Make sure that the right-hand side locking tabs are rising high enough to allow for the slides to fully extend. If they are not for some reason, they need to be reset. Follow these steps: 1. Ensure all the drawers are closed on the cabinet. 2. Ensure the lock knob is in the vertical position (up/down direction) 3. Then with 2 hands on the drawer pull, forcibly push in each and every drawer. Force maybe 10-15lbs. Not too much force. 4. You should feel a drawer move back around 1mm-2mm and will feel the drawer sort of “click" into place. That is securing the middle part of the drawer slide back into the soft close mechanism and should therefore free up the locking bars to move completely, allow all drawers to open, and allow the lock knob to turn 90º freely.
