Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy but disappointed Just purchased this to ad to my many M12 tools and by no means do I regret my purchase, but I am a bike shop mechanic and was really hoping the bag shown in the photo was included so I could carry a couple of tools and batteries back and forth. @Milwaukee tools please correct this with Home Depot it’s unfair to consumers. I sent my wife to pick it up and she had no idea what bag it should have come with A dedicated Milwaukee Junkie/ Addict

This is a powerful 12v tool compared to others in its class. 1 star deducted as the bag received was not the same as advertised. Received the Impact wrench rectangular one. Another star down for the ergonomics. I have average hands, not too small or big. This tool tires out my hands the way i need to tilt the tool forward to align with the fastener (due to the torpedo style). So i am pushing with the spacing between my thumb and index finger. The handle is too thick. Also the the direction trigger is too low. Almost every other time i need to change the direction, i need press extra hard, else it gets stuck in the middle. And more than often while driving, it stops and notice that accidently i pressed the direction trigger. 3rd star down due to too much power. Its a 12v tool. If it needs to perform like a 18v or 20v tool, then i can buy those. Why this 12v? I buy 12v tools so i can have enough power to drive in drywall screws, small 1" - 3" screws. Do some delicate work. This thing strips out screws. Absolutely not good for drywall work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful little driver Great little tool for all sorts of jobs. It's powerful, sturdy, and feels very premium. It came with the "contractor bag" which is just a flat bag with space for a couple batteries, the tool, and the charger. Not a huge fan of it but I'm able to fit both my tools in there instead and 2 batteries and a bit kit.

When I switch it to the drill setting will it act as a regular drill and deactivate the impact aspect?

Hi Redd, the setting for this item is based on speed (measured by RPM). It should not deactivate the impact aspect.
