Update to an earlier review of 1 stars about 3 years ago! 6 months after that happens I bucked up and tried again and have been using this compressor ever since! Great for work in a man lift as I hate dragging hoses from the ground! Works well when you’ve got a properly functioning unit! Complaints still are not weather resistant at all I’ve resorted to Webber bbq covers! Unit is lucky to last a year with out serious service work! Plus is the warranty stands up so no complaints there! One unit per one tool so I have two in use and one as backup at all times ! Still waiting for a gen two version higher com and weather resistant

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy Made the purchase a week ago. Right out of the box the switch and regulator did t work properly! Called up my supplier and when he showed up later that afternoon the compressor worked properly! Really happy with my supplier as he was ready to exchange the unit if needed! As I worked at that time we did nothing so I went to work with it! I tried it with my 15 gauge, hardie gun and my T50 air tacker! On an 12 amp I was able to punch about 3-400 15 gauge at 110 psi! And the T50 was able to punch about 1000 1/4” tacks at 70 psi! All per battery. As this machine was no where near advertised specs, and it didn’t want to pressure up again five days later I decided to return the unit which also was no problem at my supplier! One other problem I have with the machine is that the electronics are exposed to the elements ! Maybe I’ll take another look if a generation two is put out! Love the idea of a compressor in the man lift with me and a short hose!

I understand this compressor is not suited for high volume applications but if you have say a 8a/hr battery on it would it pump up a truck or implement tire to 40-50 psi? I’m wanting to buy either this or the little m12 inflator

Hello, Yes, the M18 FUEL 2 Gal. Compressor has a max PSI of 135 and is compatible with tire inflators. The advantage of the M12 inflator would be the TrueFill Auto shut-off technology that delivers highly accurate pressure, protects from overfill, and automatically senses speed of fill to deliver precise shut-off at the desired PSI

3 questions: -Advertising states up to 1600 brad nails. What gauge? -is it sufficient for 15g angled brad nail applications? (Siding/fencing) -is it water resistant?
