Rated 2 out of 5 by from bad quality used it maybe 30 times until it started shutting off right after starting in split second. takes about 3 min to get it to start working. as soon as i turn it ON it makes a noise and shuts off immediately. after about 3-4 min of swithing on /off, it starts working.. so annoying.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great vacuum, just better have more than one batte Bought this unit last summer and bought a 2.0 ah battery just dedicated to this unit. Vacuumed out my smoker twice before battery was dead. Vacuumed out our suv and used all the 2ah battery and over half of a 6ah battery. Works great just eats up batteries fast. I see they are coming out with a bigger shop vac. Hope it is easier on batteries than this little one or your doing to need a bunch of batteries to do much. I have 8 different Milwaukee cordless tools and love them all, just this one is a bit disappointing for battery usage.

Very light and compact to carry, so perfect for small cleanups, and of course that's not what I started using it for. Instead, jumped right into a wet cleanup, sucking up infiltrated rain water. Worked great for that, and the auto-stop when the canister is full worked as well. One suggestion would be to work in a tube extension if possible, as the hose is pretty short, but functionally it was great. Also used it to vacuum the vehicle, and it's so light and small you can set the unit on the seat during vacuuming.

Broken switch after 15 uses I purchased this vacuum for HVAC work 15 months ago, and after about 15 uses, the switch does not work. it turns on for a nanosecond and then shuts off. I was told to take it to a service depot for warranty work and am told that it can take over a month to get an answer from Milwaukee. I need this for work!

I have been using it with a 5amp battery and it seems to last pretty long while sucking up almost everything possible. Really happy with this product and it fits well with the packout system. Great job Milwaukee

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Vacuum but poor design for hose attachment I enjoy this vacuum and the way it attaches to the rest of my packout tools. However, the hose is a spiral spring-like design, this is not abnormal, but it treads into the attachment pieces at each end (where it attaches to the unit and where it attaches to your nozzle attachments). In time this "unthreads" at it is very very difficult to "re-thread". A more permanent way of attachment would really help. I have duct taped mine at both ends.

So handy to have it next to you as your working if you need to keep the site clean as you go. It has really good suction and battery life. The two power levels help to extend battery life if you don't need maximum power all the time. The only slight problem I encountered was that the hose can clog up where it meets the canister if you suck up larger items.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Build quality is sub par, run time weak Tested this up against an old Rigid max select vacuum 4.0 ah batteries in each and the Milwaukee ran out of juice well before the old one...fit on the top seam of the main housing is bent too...going to return which is a shame as I expected great things from this vacuum but no luck!
