Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Sound - Solution for Bluetooth Actually the sound is on par with Marshall Portable Bluetooh speakers. which is impressive. Easy to charge a M18 battery as well. Bluetooth is easy to set up - You have to hold down the Bluetooth button until you hear a BEEP then you will see it on your phone. If you see a Bluetooth flashing (which you will if you just cycle through the mode button - it will not connect. You have to push and hold.. hear the beep then Milwaukee will show up and you are done. Iphone 8 + will fit in the top container but you cannot have a case on it. (Limited room for oversize phones.). Seems like Durable construction, feels Heavy Duty,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage radio, even worse company!! Ive spent a lot of money on Milwaukee tools, this radio has sat at home in my basement and used a handful of time, only just over a month old and today it decided to stop working, the charger will work but none of the radio features work. I called Milwaukee about there "Warranty", dont bother calling if you live in Canada, the cost of shipping the radio back to them is not covered unless you live in the US, Product line is no longer being sold by home depot so I cannot bring back for an exchange anymore either. So ill be finding a more Canadian friendly company, Thanks a lot Milwaukee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good radio I am in residential HVAC, so this radio gets tons of use. Radio worked great for just over a year, then the unit would not work off of the power cord just a charged battery. I took it for service at the "certified" service center and was told it was probably a transformer inside. I asked if they could fix it and was told that the radio/charger only had a one year warranty and that parts were not really available for it. Needless to say, I'm a little upset. all my company tools are Milwaukee and in the last month we've had a M12 impact driver quit after only a couple months use. In for repair, (wait time to get back will be 8-12 weeks) also a super hawg that's a year old that the trigger has issues. Not very impressed with Milwaukee right now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built for a real shop I work in a welding shop full of grinding, hammering, and other radios blasting everywhere. It is a very loud place. I have bought and returned the Ridgid and Hitachi brands bluetooth radio because you can not hear them in the shop. This has all the volume needed for a real production shop with a good, full sound. Tough, connects easily, and it protects your device from dust and sparks. This is my radio.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good radio, sound could be a bit better though I run all Makita tools commercially every day and the old job site radio was dying. I really wanted a Makita but it won't charge your battery. After reading lots of reviews I found this on sale with a 4ah battery. It was such a good deal I couldn't say no. I've ran it off an on for about a week on the battery. The bluetooth is great and doesn't see to use much battery on my phone. I really like that I can charge the phone from the radio while running off of battery, and it's a fast charger too. I don't find the sound quality great, but with all the tools going it'll be fine. When it's quite on the site is when you notice the sound. Highly recommend the radio, especially on sale with the battery.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very large for mediocre output I bought this unit in July 2016 for its Bluetooth and outdoor capability. It does not play as loud as I wanted. Bluetooth worked just fine. Aux cable input was scratchy and distorted even when using an aftermarket cable. FM radio performance was very sensitive to the position of the radio and it's antennae. FM radio reception is not this units strong point. The 2 covers didn't appear to be that strong and likely will fail with extended use. Overall for the money, this unit was a disappointment compared to the excellent quality of various other Milwaukee products I own.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent awesome unit . But for the cost I wish it had a m12 charger, be a bit lighter and easier Bluetooth connection. Other then that really recommend this if your team red

Rated 3 out of 5 by from M18 jobsite radio -Radio has so-so reception. -The Bluetooth looses its connection easily and doesn’t re-establish itself. -It also forgets that it was paired before so when you switch over to BT use I have to re-pair it to my phone frequently. -I wish it charged M12 batts also. Speaker power is not bad, enough for a job site, it’s decently clear at high volume but it is distorted. -It’s cumbersome and heavy but seems to be built well. -I’m sure we will break the volume knob off very soon as it sticks out and it’s not built like a Sherman tank. -seems to last quite a while on a 5ah batt. -longer power cord please. -120v outlets please like my Bosch radio. (The Milwaukee radio sounds better and louder than the Bosch cube thing) -Top storage is too small for bigger phones All in all, it’s a good radio and I’d recommend it until someone brings out a better one lol.
