Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good coldweather hoodie however heatingelementstend to fail [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fall season is once again right around the corner and I’ve ordered more of these Milwaukee hoodies this time in a larger size which I can use as a “roomier” outer garment over a base sweatshirt. Darker colors for me are desirable over the lighter colored Milwaukee hoodies as they tend to hide dirt and stains easier. Heavily soiled hoodies are simply tossed into the washer together with jeans and other darks. Hung dry per Milwaukee instructions to prevent damage to the heating elements and wiring however I’ve found the wiring still fails after less than a half dozen washings. Sounds like I am nitpicking however all my older Milwaukee hoodies no longer are able to provide battery warmth from M12 batteries since the internal wiring has broken internally from these infrequent washings. Hopefully, reader reports to Milwaukee have addressed this shortfall. I do wish Milwaukee would have provided a duel M12/M18 charger instead of just the M12 charger which limits charging only to M12 batteries.

My husband is 6'2" and so often XL sizes are either too short in the arms or huge in the torso, this fits perfectly! This sweatshirt comes with a battery and charger, so right out of the box, you are ready to go, It's got plenty of deep pockets. The pocket that holds the battery is a zipper pocket, so no need to worry about it falling out. The jacket can be warmed to High, Medium and Low and to make the adjustment, you just press on the small control, right on the front of the jacket. It says that the jacket can be machine washed and dried. I haven't had it long enough to do that, but I would be hesitant to toss it in the dryer. I think we'll air dry it. This jacket will be great as the temperatures start to drop.

Jacket has a durable fleece and warm jersey lining that is very comfortable with Raglan sleeves designed to move with a Fitted hood designed to be worn comfortably under a hard hat or stocking cap. Jacket has a One-touch LED controller with (3) heat settings per zone (High, Medium, Low) on the upper left side of the jacket. You will need to read the instructions to find the plug in for the battery. This jacket comes with the M12 battery and charger with the adapter to plug into the jacket. Read the instructions before you wash the jacket for how to remove the controls before you wash it. It is still very warm here and in trying on the jacket the X-Large fits very well and it is very easy to move around in. The pockets are very well designed with 4 Total Pockets: (2) large exterior pockets, (1) right-side integrated device pocket, (1) low-profile battery pass-thru pocket for front or back placement. I am looking forward to wearing this in the cold weather and when I am using the snow blower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hoodie First, the hoodie itself seems really well made. It's quite warm without the heat as well. With the heat turned on it warms up nicely. I usually wear under another jacket and it keeps me warm for hours. I'm not sure of exact run time but probably around 6 hours. I have a second battery but have never used it the same day. I thought the size of the battery was going to be an issue but once you have the hoodie on you really don't even notice it.

I usually wear this layered with a thin winter coat when it's really cold. One it keeps it clean and adds a waterproof layer while it's snowing or raining in the cold months

The heating controls suck the old used to cycle by color now it moves up and down on a scale that is had to see while wearing it.. not worth the money
