I had been "getting by" with the included blades in my multi-tool kit from when it was purchased, but these have made the job so much easier. A job really does get easier when you have the right tools for it. The blades in this kit are stronger and provide a cleaner cut than those that came with my oscillating tool. As a bonus, there is enough space to add a few more blades to this kit to make it more complete. The case itself is very durable and secure, yet easy to open. The size makes it no trouble to add to your tool's bag (I've added photos that show the closed and open sizes).

My primary use for my M18 multi-tool is cutting outlet boxes into drywall and exterior siding, and less frequently into wood interior finish surfaces. This set has the blades I want for those tasks, without ones that I would very rarely use, if ever. My blades would normally be strewn throughout the bottom of the contractor bag that I keep the multi-tool and associated stuff in. It was getting to be a real nuisance hunting through all of that for the specific blade I'm looking, while trying to keep up typical job-site pace. Obviously, I'm loving this set, with its case. There is room enough for extra blades in it - in forming an answer to a customer question posted above, I was able to fit 8 additional blades in comfortably. After buying the M18, I gave away my corded multi-tool to one of the young guys on a job. These are universal-fit blades, but since I am using them exclusively with the M18, I cut an opening into the shank part with a mini bolt cutter - as I've pictured - allowing me to not have to remove the bolt while changing blades. Might only save me 15 seconds, but it helps keep me focused on the task at hand.

I tested out my new M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Multi-Tool on a tree that needed some trimming. I used one of the new blades in this kit and it was really cool to be able to trim small branches back flush with the trunk with ease. I even tackled a small limb 3-1/2"-4" and yes a chain saw would Have been much faster and easier but I do not have a gas Chain saw so this had to do, besides I really just wanted to play with my new toy.

As I mentioned in the title you typically can’t go wrong with Milwaukee products. To me, it’s a trusted brand and the quality really stands out. Things I like: 1. Strong and sharp teeth. I had no issues with the some precision cuts I was making on some cabinets. We are changing countertops and I needed to make some modifications without making a mess of them. 2. I really like the included case. You can also fit a few more blades in it. 3. The blades included in this case will take care of fine and rough wood cuts. In addition, it has some bi-metal blades that can handle some nails. 4. Universal shank. Works with most brands. I don’t have any cons. It’s really a nice blade set. If you need to remove grout you will want to buy another blade kit that has a segmented blade. It's a good kit and I recommend.

I first used these when installing a floating floor in our home. I had to trim under the door jambs to be able to install the flooring under the drywall and door edges. An oscillating tool is THE tool for this task. This set of blades last a long time (this set is seven years old) and work splendidly. Of course, I wore out two of the blades after all these years and work done; ergo, this gives you an idea of how durable they are! Milwaukee tools and attachments have always come through for me in all the tasks I have done at home. Love it! There ya go!

I have both sets. The nine piece is essentially the same with the addition of one wood blade and a couple of round blades for grout and wood. You will find these blades satisfactory but I find the Bosch and Fein blades stay sharp much longer. I love the case and it allows for a few more additional blades than it comes with.

Adding the same of each blade to each spot in the case, I was able to add 8 additional blades (1 of the wide 0050, 2 - 0040, 2 - 0015 and 3 - 0055) comfortably, without really jamming any in.

How many blades can you fit on the clips?

I would purchase this product simply for the case if i can fit many. I am curious if anyone has tried to max out the tabs for the blades? Also any experience with other brand blades?

Sadly I purchased this as a gift for my son and really can't say if you can put additional blades on the clips. My son has indicated the blades themselves have been very reliable and durable and I would recommend them.
