Rated 2 out of 5 by from Avoid Mirolin I bought this tub a month or so ago and just got around to installing it. It has 5 legs in a dice 5 pattern, and according to the literature the center leg is 1/8" shorter and will touch the floor with weight in the tub. Turns out, the center leg on mine is 1/4" longer than the rest....so the tub can spin like a top. I contacted Mirolin Support and they said (in their one sentence reply) I could shorten the middle leg or shim the rest. No apology for the poor QA/QC or for any inconvenience. So I either get to take a belt sander to my nice new tub, or shim 4 legs on a perfectly level floor. I'm not even sure if the other 4 legs are the same. My last Mirolin purchase. The 2 stars are for Home Depot. Mirolin get zero.

What size of area would be necessary to use this tub in a corner angle?

What other considerations should we note to incorporate a shower into this design as well?

Hello, As the manufacturer of the bathtub, it is difficult to answer these questions as our expertise lies with the product and not how or where it is installed in a bathroom. It becomes increasingly difficult for anyone as we don't know the layout or size of your bathroom, what kind of shower you would like to use, are you renovating with existing pieces or starting new etc etc. I would consult a contractor or someone who can help design your bathroom. Hello, This tub is designed to be a drop in tub. It can be fit to accomodate an alcove style installation. Either way, this tub needs to be supported as per the installation instructions. You can view these online at www.mirolin.com. Thank you.

I have this tub but it is the jetted one with the skirt.my question is can this tub be used with the skit panel that I have from the jetted one. I want to change it is the stuff that come out of the jets are discussing . no matter how much I use
