DON'T BE FOOLED by "SecureMount Anchors" video and "mounting hardware included". Unless your wall contains solid blocking behind the dry wall, the bar mounting flanges WILL NOT FALL ON STUD LAYOUT. 24 inches corner to flange center on the 24 in leg and 6 5/8 inches and 36 5/8 corner to flang centers on the 36 in leg. That's 30 inches between flanges, not at all a stud layout inches, only a chance you may hit a stud, not likely to hit two, execpt for dumb luck. Little packet of 9 screws included as "mounting hardware" useless. MOEN should have known that the likelyhood of hitting a stud layout with L-Shaped Grab Bar is in fact unlikely, and should have included "hollow wall anchors" with this product "mounting hardware included", 500 lbs capacity. Time is money and I am not able to install this product out of the box. Looks pretty, on floor.

Only the middle flange comes off of the bar; I found myself trying to drill at some rather odd angles during the installation. If you are forced to mount at a point where you do not have a stud available, do yourself a favor and purchase the Moen mounting devices for hollow walls. Still, a great product at a very reasonable price.
