Rated 5 out of 5 by Fozi from Easy to use, economical and did the job So I was told by the guy who was helping me to pretty much buy this as if this did nt do the job chances were that the more expensive ones would not either. Took his advice and brought this. The key is to never let the end bulb scratch the toilet bowl as that will put permanent scratches but something that expensive ones will do as well. So pull up the snake all the way up before inserting it into the bowl. Also, you ll have to be persistent in pushing the snake and concurrently turning the handle (which is the difficult part) but the snake is flexible enough to find a way. Once you are in, remember to turn the handle in both directions. Hope this helps

I was recommended this one instead by the plumbing associate at the store as a value product, I was skeptical due to the bad reviews (which I later realized were from those with bigger issues than just a clogged toilet). To my surprise I came home and used it to clear my toilet in one try. My advice; grab this one first before you try the more expensive ones, this will take care of most of your clogged toilet needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mia5 from Great tool to have handy for unplugging toilets! Effectively worked on unplugging 2 toilets that couldn't be unplugged with a plunger. The 3 foot version would have worked for me too. Definitely recommend when a plunger is not working. It's very light and easy to use (just followed included instructions).

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jenna2009 from Good product but didn't get the job done I bought this to clear my plugged toilet but it didn't get the job done and I had to call a plumber. The problem turned out to be kitchen paper towels plugging the toilet. Also my toilet was scrapped all around the inside from where I was using this. Not too happy with the results and ended up paying for a plumber to come in anyways.
