Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never buying Moen again Purchased because I thought it was a quality brand. Very disappointed! Having completed the not so simple installation it was found to be leaking from both the handle and below the sink, eventually flooding the kitchen. Tried to call their helpline at the number provided and was told there would be a FIVE HOUR wait to speak to someone so opted for a callback. When they eventually called I was in the middle of a call, which I terminated but too late! Called immediately to rearrange and was told the next call could be arranged SEVEN DAYS LATER! Obviously gave up on the product and chose an alternative brand for exactly the same price and wow! So much better in every respect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good looking and works well We have not had this faucet very long, but so far we are impressed with it. It is not much different in appearance and functionality than the store brand that we had previously, but that one was noticeably poorer build quality. At first the spray function would not disengage the way it was supposed to when the top was turned off, and later the spray function would not stay on. Also, the flex hose was much stiffer, so it would not retract nearly as well as this one does. Although the Moen was quite a bit more expensive than the store brand, I think that in this case it's a matter of you get what you pay for, which I don't believe is always true, and I am confident it will continue to function well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet head keeps moving on the metal plate The faucet is advertised as universal 3-hole faucet, but it's actually designed as only 1-hole faucet. In the installation kit there is no gasket between the metal plate and the head. It causes the entire head to move on the metal plate. I screwed it as tightly as possible, almost making dent in the counter underneath, but the head keeps moving. It's just poor design - metal moving against metal without any resistance. Gasket costs a penny, but I guess Moen tried to save even pennies, hence this poor design. :( And it's not just a case of missing gasket - there is no provision for it in the instruction manual!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Exactly how you need it to Covid Lockdown DIY Home Repairs at home. Wife wanted me to fix the kitchen faucet but lockdown plumber were quoting me 300 350. Picked this up ASAP ordered at 5 pick up at 630 at Rexdale location. Kids love it, easier to wash dishes. The spray function DOES SPLASH. so make sure ur basin is larger and deeper if youre worried about water drop lets. No problems over all.

We didn't want to take a chance and order online, without going into the store to look at them. However, it suddenly got worse to the point where we could no longer use it. We looked at them on the site, and my husband picked one. (was on sale too!) (We were getting water from the bathroom to use in the sink!) the faucet came in the same day! Hubby installed it, and it is nicer then our old one! We are very happy with it!

How long is the hose and do you have to hold the button down for each type of spray?

How long is the faucet water supply connect lines? Also is it 3/8inch female compression?

The Moen Adler Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex in Spot Resist Stainless comes with built-in flexible supply lines with 3/8” female compression fittings. The 3/8” compression connections will accept standard ball nose connection for 3/8” tubing. The Moen Adler Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Reflex in Spot Resist Stainless comes with built-in cold/hot water supply lines that are 32.6” long. Depending on the height of the faucet, there can be anywhere from 30” - 27.5” extending from the bottom of the faucet body. I am replacing a faucet that had a separate sprayer to the side - the width of the base is 10 cm on the existing. From the dimensions the base of this faucet is 10.25. Can you advise if I will have any problems covering it?

The faucet will cover the 2 holes in the middle of the sink but it won't cover the hole your sprayer was in. You will need to buy what's called a "cock hole cover".. yes it is....
