Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy I'm not really happy with this faucet. The water speed can't be controlled well with the handle. So, you open the handle slightly and nothing happens, you keep opening and eventually the water comes out at a high speed. On top of that when using the sensor it releases cold water for the first few seconds and then adjusts the temp. So, I'm washing something and the water temp is perfect, nice and warm. I then turn off the faucet using the sensor for about 10 seconds, I turn it back on and the water is at the coldest setting for about 5 seconds. I don't know if I have a faulty unit or not, but it really is bothersome. I would not recommend this product and if I wasn't so busy, I'd return it!

Within a few weeks we had leaking and after two hours on the phone and a complete reinstall that was resolved. The motionsense feature was the next to go. Sometimes not working at all. Other times going off randomly when we are in the other room. Store wont take it back and Moen customer support seems to be non existant. Will be disposing of this and buying a simple delta model instead at this point.

Cleaned all of the filters and reinstalled. It started working but only got water worked. Then the controller would not turn on. Replaced the batteries with a new set and does not turn on. We have to remove a battery and insert to reset to start the tap and then reset again to turn off. We replaced it with a new controller and still does not work.

We end up not using the sensor at all because it’s too splashy. And we still need to change the battery regularly, otherwise the tap will stop working. Not a great and thoughtful design at all. With this price I would look into other products.
