Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Recommended This product (and its associated components) is poorly engineered/designed and very disappointing. I've used Moen for plumbing supplies with satisfaction in the past, but do not recommend their towel bar sets (at least not this one). At the point of writing this review, I've only got as far as attempting to install the toilet paper holder. Where do I start with the problems? First of all, I don't recommend attempting to install the product anywhere near where you have patched drywall from holes left over from other wall mounts. Installing it in old drywall is also not recommended. Don't use the plastic toggle anchors supplied by Moen (attached pics). The roll holder is excessively wide (>5")…a standard roll of toilet paper is only 4" in width. This is not a mount that uses a spring-loaded roll holder (very unforgiving when it comes to the location of the mounting brackets). This product has a pivoting paper holder that requires the mounting brackets to be located in exactly the correct position...a nearly impossible proposition given the following issues with installation instructions and components. The installation requires two pairs of 5/16" holes to be drilled less than 1/2" apart through drywall. Perhaps not impossible with new drywall, but a recipe for trouble with drywall that is old and/or patched. Next, you are required to hammer square (not round!) winged plastic mounts through the holes, causing damage to the drywall and misalignment of the holes/brackets, which results in the paper holder not aligning properly with the mating mounting brackets. The setscrews used to tighten the mounting posts onto the brackets are Allenews that are difficult to tighten with the supplied Allen key when the post is flush with the wall (why not use standard slotted setscrews?). To make a long story short, the installation has been a complete failure and resulted in two large holes in my bathroom wall (attached pic). I've installed many wall fixtures in the past but never encountered problems like this. This is a perfect example of over-engineering/designing what used to be a simple product and turning it into frustration for the consumer.
