Getting level with the template was a little tricky but did help with the measuring and made the overall installation smooth. The good thing with the pre-measured paper template was that it helped space the clips exactly so that the bar attached to them perfectly, no twisting or forcing the bar onto the clips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service I bought the towel bar from the Home Depot and installed it last year. I didn’t keep the receipt. Unfortunately a screw fell off this year and could not be found. The Home Depot did not have the parts and asked me to contact the manufacturer. So I went to the Moen website and contacted the Customer Service by email. What I expected was a replacement screw and maybe a L-shaped tool, but they sent me a brand new replacement towel bar. It was an amazing service. The Moen has set up a high bar for other businesses to catch up.

The issue we had with them (as did our contractor) were the little brackets that you screw to the wall and then clip your towel bar onto. They most certainly could be made with a better system of attaching. The little set screws on the bottom are all that holds it on to the little brackets. We had to fart around many times to get them properly affixed. Other than that, once they stopped falling off the walls, they were great.

MOEN should know that no one who's going to splurge $50 on a towel rack's gonna wipe themselves with a thin rag, which is probably what the designers used when designing this rack. Not Recommended.

Are the rods and end piece seperate or 1 piece? I'd like to cut the rods b/c a 22" length would be better for my space.

What diameter are the rods?  I will need to replace the actual rods with 30" long versions, but need to know if they are 5/8" or 3/4".
