Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good faucet, but the after sales is better. I had this faucet installed in my kitchen for 6 years with no problem. It is easy to install and works just fine. Sure, there is a lot of plastic in it’s manufacture, but that is the way of the world. My purchase proved a wise move though, when the faucet had a few issues. I suddenly remembered that it had a limited lifetime warranty. Not thinking I would be very successful, I contacted Moen with a couple of pictures I had taken. No quibble, within a week a new faucet turns up at my door! How can you go wrong? Good on you Moen for standing behind your products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks under sink when cartridge fails Less than 2 years after installing, I woke up in the morning to water flooding in the kitchen. Called Moen and they sent me a whole new faucet. Less than 2 years later it happened again! The second time it caused minor damage in our finished basement. This time Moen sent me a replacement cartridge insisting this would solve the problem as they knew about this common issue. I installed a new cartridge (no.1255) and it leaked again in less than 3 weeks! Three floods have been caused by this tap design. We are going out this weekend to buy a different brand as the risk for damage it is causing is not worth the free warranty parts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap I bought this to replace an older Moen faucet that still worked but was showing its age. I wish I hadn't. Though this faucet looks like stainless steel, it is nearly all plastic. It feels cheap and flimsy and the water spray lacks power. The whole base swivels, so the nut is constantly loosening up. While the fittings on my old faucet were brass, the fittings on this one are plastic - I don't expect it to last. I assumed that all Moen products were good quality, but clearly that's not so.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If you like leaks, this is the product for you! I bought this because of the look and the pull out feature. The whole thing is plastic and only lasts 1 year. It breaks from regular use and leaks at the base. It's super fragile and difficult to install as you can't put much pressure on it because the plastic spacer ring bulges out. It loosens frequently because you can't tighten it enough because, once again, it's made of plastic. I have to replace it again. This is my second one. I'm going to buy an old fashioned tap that "hopefully" will last more than a year. MOEN no longer sells good products. DO NOT BUY! The only reason it gets 1 star is because you don't have an option for 0 stars...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gave up in less than 6 months; no support from Moe I purchased this in April of this year and was very happy with it until the unit started leaking in September ( less than 6 months later). The cold water supply line started leaking but the leak was in the tap body. Contacted MOEN for help- unfortunately a glitch on their web site made me think my message had not been sent, so by mistake sent my message 3 times. In any case, I have not had any sort of response or acknowlegement from MOEN and I did not expect that I would have to replace my kitchen faucet less than 6 months later

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Revising previous 5 star review... I purchased this Moen Banbury faucet about 6 months ago for the looks as well as Moen lifetime warranty. This model replaced an old Moen faucet we have had for at least 10 years; it still worked find, just wasn't all that good looking. Long story short, Banbury is NOT a high quality Moen product I expected it to be; I have had to replace cartridge twice and now it started to leak somewhere from inside the faucet innards... I cannot pinpoint from where exactly without taking it apart, but it is from the cold water part. I was VERY unimpressed when, in the middle of the night, I had to shut off the water to the faucet and contain an under-sink leak that went through the ceiling into the basement. Needless to say, this thing is going back to the store tomorrow, and I am purchasing something different, maybe even a different brand altogether.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from leakage Bought this faucett in April 2019. Leaked by Feb Feb 2020. Home depot out of good will replaced it Now here I am in Nov. 2020 and same problem leaks in head where cold water attaches to mix hot cold. Contacted Moen and for a week there technical services line is out of order after they asked for a second pic as couldn't find model.and yet it is on my warranty registration and all paperwork. Do not reccomend Water all over floor in middle of night twice now. Sold moen retail for years but would not anymore .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings but overall satisfactory... so far. Initially there was done disappointment, compared to its predecessor, it felt lighter and more plasticy. But once installed, it rotated nicely, the pull out sprayer pulled and returned in its place more precisely, that being said, I am still iffy about the base plate being plastic (I understand it makes more sense with water / rust but still...), and the plastic strip bolt that is supposed to be mounted after the main bolt to prevent it from getting unscrewed did not go in right, it was impossible to get it to screw, and no proper wrench to assist in mounting it. That was a lapse. Overall it is good value for the money

bought a moens Banbury CA87010SRS a few yrs ago but the handle keeps coming loose (rotating faucet back and forth). Have to retighten the lower nut each time. Any solutions? Can I buy second nut to lock first nut in place so that it does not loosen ?

Asked by: dans faucet
Thank you so much for your interest in Moen products. It seems like the cartridge and nut need to be replaced. Changing both parts and perhaps including a new handle kit should resolve the issue. I'd suggest you contact us and order the parts under warranty. Curious if anyone has had the lever come loose. Mine has and there is an access hole in the back, but nothing seems to fit anything inside. I'm trying to avoid taking the whole thing apart to figure it out.

Asked by: Brian
A small Allen key does fit in the hole.

I would like to know more about the white finishing on this faucet. Is it easy to clean? Does it stain? Will it last? I'm in love but worried about it.
