Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Faucet I purchased two Moen chateau 4 IN centerset faucet on 10-20-2015. Order #W421569295. Called the plumber to install new faucets which was done 10-30-2015. Within one week one faucet has turned from polished brass to dark gray on one side. Seems to be a major defect. It is not Home Depot's fault, but Moen's for poor quality. Can someone let me know how to contact Moen to get this resolved. It needs to be removed and replaced. I don't want to have to pay another $100. to have the plumber replace it. That is something Moen should cover. I can't send you photos as I don't have a device that transfers photos onto this computer. Buick Hibbing, MN

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a good looking brass fixture This Moen replaces a faucet that only lasted 7 years before the brass coating corroded. I purchased this model because it has a lifetime guarantee ( so says the brochure). My plumber easily installed it and it looks great! I ordered it online and it came in 2 days. It is very stylish and because of its simple design it goes well with modern as well as with traditional fixtures.

I've had it for a couple of weeks. I'm disappointed that the flow rate of the faucet, compared to the faucet I previously had, is so low. I get very low pressure. There's obviously flow restrictors and even the handle can't be moved to increase the flow rate. This results in waiting longer to get either hot or cold water. Definitely doesn't meet expectations.

Everything is in the box except hookup supply lines, which you will need, along with Teflon tape and sealant. Don't order the hookup lines until you get the faucet and know how long and what fittings at either end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product; Quality Service Quality Product, Quality Service In a time when most manufacturers are reducing product quality and service, it is refreshing to do business with Moen, a company which still values quality products and service. I have switched my plumbing purchases to Moen whenever possible. A few years ago, I had a problem with a Moen shower head. I called Moen customer service just wanting to know what I could do to correct the problem. They immediately sent out a replacement shower head. The one that I had was no longer being manufactured so then sent an even better one. Moen really does honor its lifetime guarantee. That then is one less thing for me to worry about. This faucet is high quality and made in the US. I was especially impressed with how carefully the parts were protected and packaged so that they would not be scratched in transit or installation. It was easy to see when handling the parts that they were of high quality. The faucet was easier to install than expected. There are no written directions but the diagrams are very clear. Replacing the drain was more challenging - one problem was removing the old drain. There was a little difficulty fitting the nut on the popup lever under the sink. The faucet looks great and has no leaks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comment on faucets The main problem with this faucet (s) is that when the drain stop is closed to do hand laundry, the water leaks out and in a few minutes there is no water remaining. If the drain stop will never be used to hold water, then the product is fine. This was the only brass fixture that I could find. A plumber installed the faucet so no comment on ease of installation.

Will this faucet fit in our porcelain sink

Our sink has three holes. The center hole is 1/2 inch in diameter. The two outside holes are each 1 inch in diameter. We can't enlarge the holes because the sink is porcelain. Will this faucet fit in our sink?

While the Moen Chateau 4 inch Centerset Single Handle Low-Arc Bathroom Faucet in Polished Brass with Metal Drain Assembly is designed to be installed through 3-holes that measure 1” in diameter, the center hole is only used for the lift rod.
