Rated 1 out of 5 by from Totally garbage There was one leaky Delta kitchen tap I had to fix and since it was late and the plumbing wholesaler was closed, I decided to give this one Delta faucet repair part manufactured by Moen a try. I replaced the seats and the springs, and the cartridge ball of the tap. It fixed the problem... for ONE WEEK ONLY. Then the leak got worse!!! I've fixed countless leaky kitchen and lavatory faucets as a plumber using parts from another brand name I shall not mention (as per HD postings writing guidelines to not mention competitors) and they never failed me. The one time I try OEM parts manufactured by Moen and it embarrasses me by wasting mine and the customer's time. Hey Moen, if you're having a hard enough time with the quality of your own products, don't try to make OEM parts for products you are totally clueless about. To the pros out there; save yourselves from unnecessary embarrassments. Do not buy Moen OEM parts.
