I am not sure if the thread is metric or imperial, but it fit properly. The length of the faucet is a little short and I find that the swivel head is very useful in extending the range of the spray.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just Ok. This is the first time I bought one of these swivel aerators from the Depot. It installed relatively easily. And, it doesn't leak. However, the look of this product leaves a lot to be desired. Visible threads, bulky looking connector that just doesn't do a lot for the look of the tap. In addition, I wish everyone would stop trying to save the word and make and aerator with some decent water pressure. Like another reviewer did, I will probably be looking for another replacement as soon as I can find one.

Will this improve the rate of spray?

Water pressure in my kitchen is low.I have a Moen faucet with separate spray.It is feeble.Will this product give me a stronger spray? Or are there other attachments that can increase pressure in my kitchen?I already have one in the bathroom shower and it made a real difference.

It will increase your spray minimally as this has a 2.5 GPM versus a 2.2 GPM aerator on the current faucet. I would believe that there is something within your water lines going to this kitchen faucet restricting the flow of water coming out of the aerator.
