Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experiance Purchased a few weeks ago in the Cranbrook BC store. Finally had our bathroom renovation nearly complete and went to test the shower. Leaking all over. When the water is on there is water coming out of the shower head and the bath faucet. If you pull the pin so it would just come out of the shower head, same issue. Had a friend come over to check the valve out and its completely loose and doesn't seem to stay open or closed allowing water to leak through. the tap is completely loose even all the way tightened. there is play in the valve somewhere which makes it completely unusable. Deverter was checked as well and it was fine. Very Disappointed.

The handle is very touchy for setting the temperature and also with install it would be nice if it included that If you have a copper pipe you will have to buy a seperate adapter kit! Called Home Depot while trying to install saying we think we must be missing parts as the instructions for slip fit didn’t make sense. The associate was not helpful at all. Did a little googling after that and found out that Home Depot does in fact sell the Moen slip fit adapter kit. Not the end of the world but due to covid I am trying to avoid being in stores. Would appreciate knowing ahead of time that I would need to purchase this kit. Now back to shopping for a shower head

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with purchase It’s what I expected from a mid-price fixture. I install some very high end multi head shower systems and for the price this is more then sufficient. Easy install (full remodel with easy access). Tub spout is not a slip fit but is threaded. You need to take some measurements and do some actual soldering but not a problem as I’ve done many of these. I’m not a fan of the little shower head arm so I typically buy a long rain head arm (Wayfair) to really appreciate this shower head. Water pressure isn’t great but that’s typical of all low flow heads. But there are ways around that. Lol.

Water pressure is low and sometimes it doesn't register when you turn up the water temperature, so you'll have to go back and forth a few times. Also had issues with water dripping out of the shower head when the tub faucet is on (Moen says this is our plumber's fault). Either way, super disappointed in all the moen products we recently purchased, will definitely think twice before buying from them.again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, but water pressure terrible I bought this a month ago when renovating my bathroom , I specificaly asked the department personal about water pressure as I was concerned with a larger shower head it may reduce pressure and I like a nice refreshing shower. I was assured that water pressure would not be affected. Once our shower was all done I had a shower and could not believe how much this shower head has reduced water pressure. Very disappointed. I have long hair and it takes forever to get a good rinse. I am hoping I can call Moen and they will do something for me , maybe replace the shower head. After spending a ton of money on a bathroom reno this is the last thing I expected. BE WARNED WHEN BUYING THIS PRODUCT .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shower head leaks an awful lot Professiona install I am a contractor with a Home Depot Pro account and I am telling you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Looks beautiful but when pouring water through the bath spout the shower head leaks so much water that you think you're taking both a bath and shower! The valve is defective in its design and they should own up to it. Assume their loss and reimburse clients for plumber's fees to replace this product. If you want to contact me Moen. Feel free but this is an honest review from a professional!

Please read the full reviews any time you are looking at products. I'm not a plumber, but I can honestly say about 1/3 of the reviews on here are entirely based on installation errors. Is there water coming out of the tub and shower faucets at the same time? Call a new plumber because there are either too many 90 degree angles used in the plumbing, or you aren't within the ranges for the installation of your tub or shower faucet. Heat/Cool isn't great - that's your water heater! Amazing products, and even better customer service. I lost the two screws to attach they plate. Called customer service and they provided new screws free of charge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the posi-temp pressure control valve in a well This valve does not work if you are on a well. My pressure tank fluctuates from 40 PSI to 60 PSI.This valve causes the temperature to fluctuates from full cold to full hot as the pump starts and stops. Small changes in temperature are not possible with the valve handle. If it gets hot you must change the valve position to full cold and then back to the valve position you think will give you a nice hot shower. If you want to make small temperature adjustments you are out of luck. If its a little ti hot you must rotare the handle to cold and then back to a position where you thing it might be right. I went back to the store I purchased the valve and they gave me a new cartridge. The new cartridge was no different. I plan to buy another shower valve from a different company. I have to open a wall to access the valve for replacement. Drywall repair will come out my pocket. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

We just purchased the Genta bathtub and shower brushed nickel set and we love the look. Our plumber installed it yesterday but it doesn't look as I expected because the bathtub handle is sticking out a full inch from the screw. That doesn't seem right.

I purchased the same set and my husband installed it. No issues. The plumber either installed it slightly (which could have been due to the drywall underneath) or it needs to be tightened.

Contractor originally purchased Moen Adler tub/shower trim kit. I didn't like it and swapped out for the Moen genta. He'd already installed the valve behind the tile wall. Are the valve fittings for the faucet/spigot, tap and showerhead compatible?

I'm trying to figure out if I can add a handheld shower? Which Moen handhelds would be compatible with this, and what other parts do I need to buy to make it all work? Will I be able to select between shower or handheld, or will both be on at same time?
