Rated 2 out of 5 by from difficult install The finished product looks great. The "H" & "C" caps for the handles was a nice surprise as we didn't see that in the showroom. The extra "F" cap is for ???? Also I guess the biggest issue I had installing this is the picture description on the instruction pages left a lot to be desired. One of the biggest was the screw part on the spout shank. The allen wrench included was just short enough to not be able to make a foll turn to start this process. And in the picture it shows the screw part fully raised when I realized after a couple attempts that to make the spout fully tight on the spout shank that screw had to be fully turned down into the shank.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 years later, the ORB finish is still stunning! 10 years ago, we did a major master bath renovation, essentially gutting the entire bathroom and replacing everything. We chose Moen oil rubbed bronze Kingsley fixtures for the jet tub, the shower stall, and the double sinks. I recently had to replace the oil rubbed bronze drains because, shockingly, after 10 years of chemical cleaning and scrubbing, the finish had finally rubbed off. It was only $70 in parts and my own labor that got the job done. We’ve never had to replace O-rings, seals, or gaskets in the entire time we’ve owned them. Two years ago, we dropped the hand held shower head on our shower stall floor for the 25th time, and it finally cracked. Replacing it was a breeze, and the new improved showerhead works even better than the original, and the finish matches perfectly. We couldn’t be happier!

I bought the Oil Rubbed Bronze faucets for the sink and bathtub and the towel rod accessories. It is so fashionable and looks wonderful. The style of Kingsley will go with any decor. Old World, New World. You cannot go wrong with this Moen Style.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needless complexity, unhelpful support I have fixed many leaking faucets in the past with no trouble. The Moen Kingsley is an absolute nightmare to deal with - especially as the on-line installation instructions provide no details about replacing cartridges and the verbal instructions from the person on the Moen helpline contradict what little the written instructions say. Why make it so complicated? I'll be remodeling my bathroom soon, and certainly won't choose Moen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hot water handle and cartridge functions poorly I purchased this faucet 7 years ago. I began having problems with it leaking repeatedly. I've repeatedly had to hire plumbers. You will continue to tighten handle constantly. I am now again on hold trying to replace cartridge for a plumber to return. This faucet looks nice but does not function well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handles fall off The connection of the handles are with a screw that connects up into the handle rather than down into the handle underneath the cap. Rather than a simple process of tightening a screw the handle hub must be removed first. If the hub has been installed years ago it will not come off by hand because it is too tight. Given its shape there is no way to remove the hub without damage to the finish. In my opinion this is extremely poor design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service for Great Product In 2016 I bought the Moen Kingsley Bathroom Faucet set, along with the matching shower set. In August 2023, the hot water handle for the sink was loose and about to fall off. I wrote to customer service through the Moen website, and they responded with simple instructions on how to repair it. It took me less than three minutes and the handle is now working perfectly. I also called customer service about two years ago because the Moen Kingsley single shower handle was only getting warm water to the shower head. Moen sent me a replacement cartridge for free, and when that didn't work, they immediately sent me another one. That did the trick, and I've had hot water flowing to the shower ever since. I've now had two positive experiences with Moen customer service, so I can highly recommend them to anyone who may have a question or issue with their Moen product.
