Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic Bought this the other day and when I went to install it I noticed the deck plate was plastic. Annoying, but tolerable. But it turns out the head is also plastic! If you want junk that will get dinged up and feel cheap, go ahead and buy this. As for me, back to the store to return it. I expected better from Moen.

We think it is the rubber washer between the handle and the hose - but can't find a replacement washer (especially with Covid and not getting into the store). Hoping this is the quick fix and we don't have to replace more!

Then about 6 to 12 months down the road had a giant puddle under my sink because the cartridge started leaking. Now another 9 months to a year the cartridge has done the same thing and severely damaged me floor/ceiling. DO NOT BUY!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Build and finish is not what you think. I was surprised that the head of this is plastic coated with metal finish. I guess I should have expected the price point to be less robust. Waiting to see how long before the head is all scratched and the plastic shows through.

Does the handle only turn from centre (hot) to 90 degrees right for cold?

If this is mounted without the deck plate to a quartz countertop, can the spout swivel? (side to side)

After only 3 months the hot water has suddenly slowed down to a trickle. I cleaned the aerator and removed small sediment particles but the trickle remains. Why?
