Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice looking product, terrible instructions Final product looks good but I had to completely disregard the instructions - there are NO instructions or installation pieces for installing in a stud, which is what I did. So if you decide to install in a stud you are on your own. Thankfully I had some screws which fit this purpose but they only include screws with flat points so you will need to get entirely new screws yourself if you decide to install in a stud as the screws they include are so long you probably won't be able to pre drill the hole yourself. There's no reason that something that costs this much can't come with competent instructions, should've returned. Buyer beware.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not satisfied. The product is of poor design - if not installed 100% the bottom towel rack will not stay in place. I thought I was an idiot trying to mount this, until I saw the other reviews of this product: the directions (specifically mounting the product) were hellacious. Additionally, when I initially purchased this product I had to return it due to a manufacturing flaw (screw would not thread through pre-drilled hole) - further adding to the aforementioned aggravation. I highly advise AGAINST purchasing this product .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. i had no trouble installing the product. i thought the template was great. I just taped it to the wall and leveled it, marked the holes drilled. Took less than half hour start to finish. On the negative side. Trim covers barely cover large 1/2" holes. I can't find matching accessories.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instructions Lacking I'm not sure about the last reviewer, maybe he just got frustrated and couldn't figure it out on how to mount the shelf on his own but here is an honest review. First off the instructions and mounting hardware that comes with the product: if you don't have any knowledge of studs, drywalling, drywall mounts, or wood screws just stop what your doing and hire a professional to do the job. The instructions are basically WORTHLESS!!!! Don't even bother with them, don't even attempt to figure out what the heck they mean, or even google it because all you'll get is another worthless instruction video on You Tube. The base bet is get yourself two levelers (a small one and at least a good quality professional three foot leveler), mount one of the brackets either finding a drilling into a stud or get yourself some 40 pound drywall mounts, use the smaller leveler to make sure the mount is even, then put the whole shelf together and use that as a guide with the larger leveler in helping guide where to mount the last bracket. Once you mark the area, dismount the shelf and use the larger leveler to mount the opposition bracket level with the other (watch your spacing; just a quarter inch one way or the other can throw the whole thing off). Once the brackets are mounted into the studs or drywall, just do some retouch painting, allow to dry, and then mount the shelf. If done correctly it should be mounted flush with the drywall with no movement; nice and sturdy. *NOTE* Don't remove the tightening screws as I did or its a pain in the fifth point of contact to get them back in.
