My husband has always fixed the plumbing, but we had to call a plumber to fix all three tub faucets and also the shower. We have lived here 4 years and have replaced several cartridges already, one tub cartridge we had to replace twice and only one person uses it. Now we are trying to break the sink faucets loose to repair. However the bottom trim piece welds itself to the handle. There is nothing to hold onto to twist the two apart. I believe we will be replacing these when we get them off with another brand. Two sinks are never used, but all of a sudden are leaking or frozen. We have never needed this much repair before!

We used Monticello brass in the master bath, Monticello brass/chrome in downstairs bath, andMonticello chrome in upstairs bath. Unlike similar faucets (Delta) in two previous newly built homes, we have NEVER had any problems. The ends of the handles on previous faucets came loose within months and continued to do so. We also had problems with leaking. I am about to build a new house and really want these same faucets. I wish they were available in brass, bronze, and perhaps even black. Kudos, Moen for a great product made in America!!

I of course jumped in and took apart the faucet from underneath, mistake! Ended up contacting Moen and found the model number located on the back side of the faucet. Turned out it just unscrewed from the top. Great customer service, I have called before and always get great service and information is easily found on there site! Great product!

Granted the title includes the word "Trim", but nowhere in the description does it reference the other parts required to make it function. I ordered two of these, and cannot install them until we discover where to acquire the innards. Home Depot, please provide the missing information!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product standby My faucets ( sink,tub/shower and kitchen) are almost 20 years old and I am just now having issues- and all I did was call Moen and the wonderful friendly and informative MARTHA helped me discover that I just needed a cartridge replaced - she sent me email instructions and FREE replacement cartridge!! -- I WILL always buy Moen because they stand behind their products-- and I heard that you can economically change out handles etc by just replacing the handles plates etc without paying plumber to take out all the inners if your style changes --- I am so delighted with the response I received -- I was anticipating a big hassle when I called - but it was so easy -- you can even text pics of your faucet and they tell YOU what you need no need to spend hours looking up( Like I can remember the name after 19 years lol) Thank You MOEN and MARTHA!!!

It is a quality faucet, and I am impressed by its durability, since the extremely hard water in AZ has not been successful in eating away the finish. I have had no drip or leak problems either. It still looks brand new!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faucets handles get stiff and are frozen on Similar to another review, the handles started to get stiff, and were impossible to remove for service as they corroded together on the inside with the bottom trim piece - it welds itself to the handle. There is nothing to hold onto to twist the two apart.

I have this faucet, but the handles are not widespread, but close. (Moen T4560P) Can I use the T4570P model to replace this faucet?

You will need to go with a 4551P because it will fit in the same holes as the T4560P.
