Rated 5 out of 5 by DL99 from Easy to install, looks & works great I purchased this a few months ago to replace my condo's cheap faucet and I'm still very happy with the purchase. The pull-down head has made washing dishes and cleaning a breeze. It's also nice to be able to pull it out and fill a bucket that's too big for the sink. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, I installed it in about 30 min. This was the first time I ever installed a kitchen faucet, so I would recommend this for any first timer like me. In regards to another review that said the hot water had lower pressure, I'm not sure what happened to their faucet... my faucet doesn't have this issue, both hot/cold are equally strong. Actually my one complaint about the faucet is something that everyone likes, the pressure is actually a bit too strong! It also looks great and is easy to clean, a quick wipe and it looks exactly like when I first installed it.

I attached the cold water to the hot water hose to test and that was low pressure as well, signifying that it is the faucet, not my water. I exchanged for a new one, and the same issue. This leaves me to believe that it is the model. No information can be found online to help this issue.
