Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent for the price Basic, no-frills kitchen faucet, decent build quality. In hindsight would have preferred a matte finish polished steel style. In any case, relatively easy to install, instructions were clear, which is very important in my opinion. That hasn't been the case with other Moen products I have purchased, leading to unnecessary frustration. But Happy with this particular purchase and certainly would recommend it. Moen offers lifetime warranty on replacement parts, hoping this faucet lasts long; the previous kitchen faucet (also a Moen) lasted a couple decades, till its handle broke.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Torrance Single-Handle Kitchen Faucet This is the replacement of the same brand name that I got 10 years ago. This new model is much easier to install compared to the old one but the hose is thinner than the standard hose. The water pressure at max is weaker than the old one. Also, when I let it run at a half of the max volume, it made "unpleasant water noise" liked some thing stuck inside the hose. Not very happy with this new model. I don't feel like to undo to return it.

Can you have warm water...have the spout between hot and cold and have warm? Or is it hot only and cold only?

Since it is lock down and cannot visit the stores, what is the size of pipes which reached the tap. Please mention in CM or inches as we are not pro so will understand the simple language :-)

Re: Torrance Single-Handle Kitchen Faucet I had concerns about the length of the connections. Even Moen does not give that info. The flexible connections are 30 inches long, to a nut that takes a 5/8 wrench with about 1/2" diameter thread.

Love this faucet, but the deck plate moves whenever I move faucet from one sink to the other. Did we install something incorrectly? I appreciate your help

Make sure large washer is in place . Back the 3 screws on the large nut until they are flush. Proceed to tighten the large nut by hand as tight as you can. Now tighten the Phillip's screws to draw the tap down.

For Single Hole Mount (no Escutcheon), can this Moen Torrance 87485 faucet's "spout" swivel from left to right up to 120 degrees for two sink basin usage OR is it fixed in place once mounted?

Can you turn the spout a bit sideways left & right, or is it fixed in 1 position?

Does the Moen Torrance temperature lever only swing up and right? After my dad installed ours, it does not go left. Up is cold and right is hot. Did he miss a step? Ours is the single lever version. Model # 87485 Thanks!
