The U by Moen Smart Faucet technology makes everyday interactions in the kitchen more convenient. From precise temperature and exact measurements, to faucet operation from any one of 4 controls, Moen has taken the kitchen faucet to the next level. U by Moen Smart Faucet is the only voice-controlled faucet on the commercial market to dispense water amounts as small as 1 tablespoon and as large as 15 gallons at a specific temperature on commandregardless of the handle position. There are 4 ways to activate the faucetwith your voice by using your smart speaker, the touchless sensor, the Moen App, or the faucet handle. To utilize voice control, you can ask Amazon or Google voice assistants to start/stop water flow, activate presets and perform specific tasks like fractional measurements, precise temperatures, generic commands (hot, warm, cold), and combined requests (1 cup of 90° water). The Moen App allows you to create unlimited custom preset commands to help daily tasks in the kitchen.

  1. Supports Tablespoons, Milliliters, Ounces, Cups, Pints, Liters, Quarts, and Gallons
  1. User-defined presets help handle common tasks, like filling a baby bottle, baking measurements, filling a pasta pot, or filling the dog bowl. "Alexa/Hey Google, ask Moen to fill the dog bowl."
  1. When activating a temperature command, the faucet will run to the desired temperature then pause and hold until you are ready to activate
  1. Monitor water usage through the smartphone app to understand daily consumption habits
  1. The Wave Sensor positioned at the front of the faucet, starts, and stops the water flow with a simple hand movement without touching the faucet
  1. LED temperature indicator changes from blue, purple to red to visually indicate the change in water temperature
  1. Interactive iOS/Android application provides usage data, customizable settings, and control of all your Moen Network products

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Moen U Sensor Faucet - Golden This looks good and that’s about it. I bought mine a year ago and the sensor began behaving erratically after about a year and wouldn’t respond to motion. I reached out to their support and they sent me a new controller. Unfortunately the issue has not been resolved. I have sent a video of the issue to Moen and many emails. I haven’t heard from them yet. A terribly disappointing experience. I will not recommend anyone to buy this product. Sensor faucets in public toilets work flawlessly for years and this one broke down after a year. Don’t waste your money on this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Batteries die and tap doesn’t work. I love the design of this tap and the touchless feature but I can’t wait to replace it. If the batteries die the tap doesn’t work. What a terrible design. I would expect that if the batteries die then you can’t use the touchless feature but nope. The whole tap doesn’t work. Literally insane this passed quality control. We are now having a hardware issue and the whole tap is garbage. I will never buy a smart technology tap from moen again. I can’t replace this thing fast enough.
