Rated 1 out of 5 by from Special Hoses Moen products use a special hose that is very prone to failure and is not a repair product. It has to be ordered from Moen ONLY!!! It flooded my kitchen, sink down for weeks, and $14.00 part for one year old $307.00 faucet. DUH!!! Dave

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Special Hose Failure Purchased in 2009 "for it's looks." In 2012 the plastic special hose connector, #114307, a non-stressed part - that's probably why its made of plastic, failed at the crimp inside the hose. As it is a non-stressed part and due to the location of the failure - inside the crimp, I can only assume it was damaged when assembled at the factory. I will never buy another faucet that doesn't use standard readily available supply lines. Poor durability for the price.
