Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for what it is, but not the best option. For what it is, it’s a good product. If you just need cheap flooring - this will be great. I found it a little harder to work with given how small the “links” are. Some of the pieces were really hard to attach at times. I’d recommend going for thicker planks so you have an easier and better install job. But if you have a even flat floor, or really just want the cheapest replacement floor - these are still a really good option.

My husband has installed many types of flooring. This was by far not worth any savings. Many pieces were broke out of the boxes. More broke during installation.

We are building a basement apartment and it's an affordable, durable and nice-looking option. We used a higher quality DMX Plastics underlayment so that it doesn't feel so hard underfoot. My contractor said it was sometimes hard to get the planks to click together, but they made it work with very little waste.

We installed it in our main floor and after two months boards had snapped and started lifting, very weak material. We have been in contact with the manufacturer and they have some of the most terrible customer service I have ever seen. Home depot needs to remove this product from their shelves...

When I opened the box I was apprehensive about using it, but once I started putting it down, I was so pleased with it. It is a little fragile installing, however once get the hang of it and use its flexibility, each click becomes easier. And the final results are a beautiful looking finish with incredible durability. I installed just over 800 square feet, the cost savings with this product versus a hardwood laminate were welcomed. I would recommend a small hand held power saw, like a dremel or black and decker as the knife and snap will leave you frustrated and with wasted planks.

Do you need underlay

Can this be installed in a cabin that is seasonal? So in the winter it would be exposed to 30 below zero temperatures.

Does this still need an underlay and what type? Thankyou.

The product says no I believe but I installed some without and if it’s not a perfectly level subfloor (mine was concrete) it can click.  The underlay fixed that and makes it much more comfortable to walk on.  I used a green foam 3-1 underlay with vapour barrier attached and so far, so good.

Its definitely not waterproof and scratch proof like it says. I actually hate these floors, had for about 2 years and need to be replaced. I only have a cat. I would never recommend.
