Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent quality but read the add carefully Decent quality but read the add carefully to know what you get. Ordered these and received them, for some reason I thought that when the description said 2 pair, it meant i would get 2 pair of the wheel sets but in fact you really only get one pair that has 4 wheels. My bad but when i figured the cost of ordering another set along with the price of treated lumber, winch etc I found it was cheaper to find and buy an old trailer and use it as a ramp. The quality of the material received looks decent so I will save it and perhaps use it for some other project some time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great I have a 16.5 Crestliner sport angler with 90 hp Mercury and I built a boat ramp using these wheels last year. My boat is heavy and probably about the maximum weight of this ramp, but it works very well. Hard cranking though with the 1400 lb winch, I would suggest a 2500 lb. I just purchased an electric winch which I haven't tried yet, to make life easier. The plastic rollers are heavy duty and don't damage my aluminum hull at all. The boat rolls up the ramp nicely and rolls back into the lake by itself. With this system you can get your boat right out on dry land where you can easily work on it, clean and cover it...and not worry about it getting damaged.

How long is this ramp and are extensions available?  I require 20-24 ft???  How steep of an incline can be used?  I’ll need min 5 ft!  Is this product still feesible I left for me?

    Asked by: Bershney
You can order more wheels and center rollers from the manufacturer to extend the ramp.  I extended mine to 24’.  The wobble wheels work quite well, but on a stern-heavy boat the transom and trim tabs may drop below the top of the wheels as you pass over them as you winch up, and catch when you try to lower the boat back in.  This can damage the trim tabs, and be difficult to lift / pry the transom back over them as you lower the boat back to launch.  The best bet is to stop winching when the transom is perched on the first wobble wheel.  The center keel roller(s) can be set so they don’t pose the same problem.  I am still working on how to best position the wobble wheels to prevent the transom or trim tabs.
