Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to work with! We purchased this edging to replace our old plastic version as it would not stay in the ground and had to keep reinstalling it to make it look decent. This edging was exactly what we were looking for. Not only is the scroll design that extra touch compared to the old one, but the rubber material makes it so much easier to bend around the curves in the garden. It was also very easy to get it to the perfect depth and it has stayed put. It has added so much to our garden space and plan to used it again when we add new garden beds. Could not recommend it more highly. A great way to class up your garden and keep all the hard work you put into it in its place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks so nice! I just put this edging around two semi-circle (or semi-oval) gardens in by back yard and the look is really polished. They were really quick to install. The last reviewer said the stakes broke, but I thought they seemed sturdy. Regardless, I wet the ground before putting them in, and I got the stakes in no problem. They go with the curve of the garden great, yet the look is so much better and more substantial than other flexible edging. Now I can't wait for my garden to fill out a bit and everything will look beautiful!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality While the edging itself is OK, the spikes are a real problem! The holes are supposed to be pre drilled, however, they do not go right through the edging, causing the spikes to break. After finishing the job of pre drilling the holes, the spikes still snap off when they go into the ground. 3 out of 4 of the last ones I did snapped, and I hold out little hope of getting replacements. Concept is good, execution, not so much!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very flexible Great for making curved gardens. Heavy and solid unlike the cheap plastic types. Not likely to break down in the sun. Had them in my garden for a few years and they are like new still. Bought some more to expand the garden. Plastics spikes are ok but don't work well in hard ground. I had to swap a few for metal spikes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product!! I just installed this today. 88 feet of it. Went in no problem. Yes I took a punch and punched the holes through as they are not all the way through the edging. This made the job a lot easier. The spikes were very sturdy and the ground I put it in was not soft. Looks amazing. Hope it holds up in the weather.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product! Great flexibility as stated before. However more holes would make things easier to stake around curves. I also didn't have a problem with the stakes breaking but I used an awl to open the holes to start the stakes. Otherwise you will be hammering the stakes a lot longer. Using the rubber mallet, as in the video, also made things easier and also prevented the stakes from breaking. All in all, great product. Looks great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! Purchased today and already installed. The spikes included are fine! Just be sure to pre drill the holes which is CLEARLY STATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. I did discover a couple of rocks while tapping in the spikes. Just stopped, removed the rocks, and continued on. Don't try to hammer the spikes through the rock! Of course it will break! And metal would bend! Very happy with the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely poor quality for the spikes! As much as I like the look of it, I am so disappointed by the quality of the spikes, I bought 16 of these(frontyard and backyard) last year from home depot and just after an year, almost 90% of the spikes are broken over the winter weather and now they don't stay in place so I removed all of them. Extremely disappointed since I have spent so much money on these.

How does this edging stand up to a string trimmer used to trim grass that will be growing next to it?

Asked by: Glenn
I use a gas powered trimmer and have never experienced any damage on them.

can you stack these to make a higher boarder?

Asked by: Cathy
Assuming the holes line up, you will have to purchase longer stakes, otherwise I see no reason why they couldn't be stacked.

What is the best tool for cutting the edging?

Asked by: Rafia
It's very hard stuff. I cut mine with an old-fashioned hand saw. Using a mitre or other electric saw will burn the rubber.

Will this retain decorative stone around an aboveground pool?

Asked by: Dino
No, this would be edging in a garden; it looks like stone but it is like a hard plastic.

I am wondering about the seam when putting a few together for a larger garden.  How noticeable it it?  Can someone post a picture of a seam?

Asked by: robinbird
I don’t know how to post a picture. I filled the gaps with black silicone, especially around a curve where there is a noticeable gap.
