Seams match up beautifully and are barely visible.Used in basement on exterior wall with foam insulation / vapor barrier and do see some slight buckling, however the enclosures and doors built with this paneling look stunning! I purchased corning trim and painted white and trimmed tops with painted 1x2" and looks great!! Panels are flat but look, especially for a basement / rec room application is fantastic.

Measurements say it’s 96” high and 48” wide.  Is there just one piece per package or is it sold with multiple pieces per package?  Is the overall coverage of one package 96” x 48”?

There is just one panel per "package". The panel measures 96" x 48". You do not have to assemble anything to get to this size. It's pretty sturdy but be careful with the edges.

Can this be installed behind a propane fireplace. Currently it is just drywall behind it. Also is this perfectly smooth or is there a bit of texture to it

Hello Dano, as a rule, we do not recommend our panels if the source of heat is close and directly projected towards our panel. This said, in doubt, the best is to verify with the manufacturer of the fireplace as they will have all of the technical information to give a more precise answer. Also, our Brick Banff panel is a smooth panel. Hope this helps.

What is the recommended way to fasten this to finished drywall? Glue? Finishing nails? I don't want to use 1 by 3s to strap it to the drywall .

We put up several sheets of this pruduct in different places, and used a good spray adhesive glue and placed it right on the drywall. That’s over a year ago now, no lifting anywhere.

how are outside corners done do they sell a corner molding or do you just butt joint the panels?

Will have to use your own corner molding...nothing sold to work with. Its just a flat panel, so theoretically, any corner molding would work.

Can you see the seams, or do they interlock and hide the seams? Thanks.

They don't interlock, the pattern repeats at each seam so they butt up nicely to eachother. As long as you don't have a bend in your wall, they sit nicely and you can't see the seam unless you're looking for it.
