Is the 22" exactly that, or is there a deduction like some other makes? Is there a pull down tab at the bottom? Thank you

Hi, Thank you for your question. The Vendor have confirmed that there will be no deductions taken in the width or height. The size ordered will be the finished size and there is no pull down tab on the bottomrail. Also there is a button on the bottomrail that needs to be pressed to raise and lower the shade.

Is this a universal top mount, or does the blind mount to the sides of the wall?
