Bought the two pack of Nature Power trickle chargers to keep batteries in RV charged. The indicator lights do not go on or blink so not sure if they work. Anyone else have this problem?

This panel has been manufactured and in circulation for more than 8 years, no known issues. The built in LED diode (blue light) will light up if current hits the diode, The blue light should stay on anytime enough light hits the panel or at night when connected to a battery, and sometimes becomes brighter when connected to a battery. If the blue light goes off when you connect to a battery, this means that you have a reverse polarity issue in the wire, or the battery is depleted, in this case charge the battery and connect again, as this panel is designed to maintain a fully charged battery. The open voltage measurement from the panel in bright sun light should be 18-23 DC V. Please feel free to call Nature Power customer service line at 1800-588-0590.
