The problem with this manufacturer is they send you cabinets that are damaged. The boxes come undamaged and they are packed well but every cabinet came with bent hinges, dents in the doors or they couldn't be assembled due to the hinges being stripped. It has taken multiple calls, being on hold for 20 minutes at a time, explaining the situation multiple times to their customer service representative, and sending pictures every time just to receive more damaged cabinets. The cabinets are nice hence the 3 stars (would of given 5) but I would not recommend this product.

Poor quality control, some parts had to be bent during manufacturing. Assembling unit was difficult, tabs bent out position would not engage with slots, had to use clamps and mallet to assemble. Poor design for assembling, tabs should have lead-in to help make assembling easier. The top and bottom should have aids to insurer flanges engage properly. From an assembly stand point, poor design. This is the second New Age product I have ordered that was damage during shing. The finish product was great, it met my need. The process getting there was painful. Shouldn't be that way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not As Solid Like the Marketing Video Promotes Bottom line - If you're going to drop a couple thousand on new cabinets, they better be good. My order came on time. Problem was: 1) the silver strip on the locker doors delaminated immediately after opening. They're only glued on...that specific accent piece is cheaply constructed. 2) for the wall cabinets the gas shock hinges are weak. Two out of four do not hold the weight of the door up. Again...cheap is how I would describe the construction. That said, I'll leave this on a positive, which is the overall look is clean and sleek. Assembly was pretty darn easy. However, I believe New Age is cutting corners and building a cheap product for the cost. If I had to do it all over I would go with Husky cabinets all the way.

Oops, the very last thing out of the big box was a dented front door, pretty bad ding on one and very visible, and a smaller ding on the other. So I guess I will have to see what needs to be done now. The cabinet pieces seem to be really good except for the door ding. When I get those straighten out, I think I will be really happy with the cabinet. But, I just wonder what all I am going to have to go through to get the doors replaced?

Upon putting together the cabinet had four dents like someone used the box to hammer a nail into something. Also the lock on the door doesn't line up it's off centered. Other than what was mentioned it is a great storage unit. I would highly recommend especially since it was on sale. Additionally, the color is great.

As the delivery instructions advised I checked each box before signing and all boxes were in perfect condition which means the cabinets were damaged prior to shipping. Because the damage was in the back and sides I installed them anyway after banging out damaged areas. The good side is that they hold a lot of groceries.

I had to return it, I have some V1 cabinets that were acceptable but not the quality I would have expected. The V2 , needs to be assembled completely. I ended up buying a Husky Cabinet, in stock at HD, and actually I think it is better quality, and certainly cheaper.

Hi LGAGs, The Performance 2.0 cabinets now come with the same lock as our Pro 3.0 units. They no longer have to be locked onto the inside shelf in the cabinet.
