Awesome bbq, great features, great btu’s, cast iron grills + Really happy about this purchase. Looks great. And the price, well worth it. Easy setup. The only thing that would be great is having a little shelf under to put your bbq tools on but not a big deal. Used it a few times already and cooks really well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Grill bad packageing Box damaged upon arrival. Partially open with cracks, tears and product visible. Inside packing severely broken. When unpacked only one small scratch was seen. Clearly four hands required for some parts of assembly. Tools necessary and not supplied. Took 4.5 hours to construct including first half hour just to unpack and lay out all the parts. Instructions consisted only of pictures...no words. Some parts numbered, others not leading to some confusion as to what went with what. Fairly sturdy when finished but no handle for moving the thing around. Necessary to grab one of the shelves to roll the thing from place to place. Wouldn't want to do that very much. First use proved quite satisfactory.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from meh Some of the worst and most confusing assembly instructions I have ever seen. Some screws cannot be put into place unless you have a 90 degree short screwdriver. Other parts are just off by a mm or two, enough to make assembly extremely frustrating. Poor assembly design. Took way longer to assemble than any BBQ I have ever had before, almost to the point of me taking it back to the store to return it. However, its saving grace so far has been that it cooks evenly across its entire surface. So far have not found any cold spots (except the expected ones around the edges).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent value. Its not as heavy as some more... An excellent value. Its not as heavy as some more expensive models but that's ok by me, I am not moving it around at all. I like some of the design features. It has a real catch for grease, not just a hook for a can. Also the bottom, slides out for easy cleaning that prevents flareups. The 3 burners allow for indirect cookingI am not handy, so putting it together is always foreboding. The instructions are ok, they worked. I went slow and made sure I had all the parts aligned properly based on the diagrams before tightening. There are few extra screws, so don't worry when you get to the end and find them. I have now cooked steak, burgers, pork chops and brats on it and all came out perfectly. The knobs actually have enough range that one can actually control temp.

Every time the food has a chemical taste. After assembly I did light turn the 3 main burners. Put the lid down and let the grill burn off any oil from the manufacturing burn off for 30 mins. After cooling off ( the next day ) I brushed the greats with veg oil and let burn for about 20 mins. After cooling again. The next day tried burgers. They had a chemical taste. They went to the land fill. The two other times I have used this grill. What I took off the this went to the land fill. Can someone please give me a tip on how to remove this chemical taste.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Uneven heating, right side burner having issues Build quality is quite good for the price point. Right side burner having some issues, very sensitive to even light winds, uneven heating (the back gets way too hot, when the front remains relatively cold), constant rotating of food required, wasting heat, takes a long time to heat up compared to cheaper units at other big box stores. If I am not able to resolve at least some of these issues with OEM, will consider returning it.

Bought this a week ago have used twice, first use was perfect, second use there was heat with no flames, temp didn’t go over 200 after heating up for 30 minutes, why did this happen?

Check your valve on the propane , or disconnect and  check inside by your burners maybe scrape them if needed. We had that happen once . Have had this bbq for a few years now and love it . Hope this helps

Is this bbq able to be converted to natural gas?
