  1. AUTO-IGNITION: No lighters or matches—just set your temperature and go!
  1. COOKING AREA: Smoke or grill up to 2 briskets, 10 rib racks or 12 whole chickens on 1200-square-inches of total cooking space. You can cook meats and larger items on the 553-square-inch primary cooking grate and use the 647-square-inch upper cooking grates for indirect cooking and keeping food warm.
  1. CONTROL PANEL: The Large LCD display makes it simple to set cooking temperature, monitor and maintain consistent temps.
