Installing it as soffit around garage addition brought more light in and required less electrical work for an area only used during the day. The high cost per square foot make it a product of last resort if you want a thicker piece. It was not an easy product to cut and left many fine plastic particles after cutting.

I would go with Lexan Sheets to be honest. Paintball may or may not break it but a drop at the right angle it will break. Lexan is just as clear and actually thin enough sheets can be cut with shears.

It would provide some soundproofing abilities, but we would not recommend sheet this thin to be used expressly for soundproofing.

I was thinking of using this product to build an aquarium.  Approx 120 gallons.  Dimensions 48" L x 24" W x 24" H.  With an oak trim and some center bracing to avoid bowing out.  Do you think this product would be strong enough to use?  .220 thick.

We would recommend using 1/2" acrylic for an aquarium of that size.
