Inexpensive water wand is good valueI didn't know what to expect but at $10.12 including shipping it wasn't a big gamble. Once I got the wand properly secured to my hose with wrenches and teflon tape it has worked perfectly. This is a fairly cheaply made wand and I don't expect it will stand up to rough handling so I'm just careful not to throw it down on the driveway (like I do with my shorter 18" wand). The part I expect will break first is the nozzle head but hey, you get what you pay for. It's still good value for the money and it's a real pleasure to be able to stand up straight while I water my vegetable garden at ground level using the "flood" setting. If it lasts through the year I'll be happy. Everything after that is gravy. Originally I wanted a Rumford wand but I couldn't find a retailer in Canda and shipping from the States was prohibitive.
