Less than 1 yr. ago, I purchased veranda fencing from Home Depot. One of the brackets has broken and the fencing is now swaying in the wind. I see that the bracket is supposed to be lifetime warranted so I would like to have a replacement bracket at n/c.

Can brackets 116058 be used with Barrette 6 ft. X 8 ft. White vinyl fence privacy panel kit with 5.5 in. top rail # 1001644916 & Outdoor Essentials 5 in. x 5 in. x 8 ft. White Vinyl Fence Post # 1001320527 instead of routed posts. # 1001320537

I wouldn't suggest that as it looks like the vertical fence panels should butt up against the posts. If you use the brackets and want the panels to butt up against the post, the upper brackets would have to be mounted upside down and now all the weight is on the lower brackets. I am not sure they would carry the load as they are not very robust.

What is the exact measurments between the brackets, I have a fence that is 2 inches, in other words it has to slide down in, cant be any smaller.

Unfortunateyl, these brackets will not work with your fence, as they are made to fit fence panels that are 1-1/2 in. thick.
