I have owned other electric wall mount fireplaces in this prioce range that stopped working within a few months of purchasing and then the warranty replacement stopped working right after the warranty expired. I thought I was going to have to spend big to get something reliable but I decided to give this Paramount product a try and we have been extremely happy with it so far! Super easy to install, warms our bedroom up quickly and the fan is relatively quiet as well. I would recommend this fireplace!

I would have liked a blower out the bottom instead of the top but the look was important to me, so I kept this one. .... so so beautiful. I love the warmth and coziness it has created.

I want to put this on the wall in my travel trailer. I want to replace the tv with the wall mounted fireplace? Can I do this?

I wall-mounted this initially (it has mounting brackets) however I will warn you that it is not that attractive on the sides and is quite noisy when not enclosed.

I have this on order, but want to get started on the wall before it arrives. I want it built in to the wall and nee the dimensions of the opening I need to leave to have it built in. Can you provide dimensions for wall opening?

How energy efficient is this electric fireplace?

There are different factors to take into consideration such as your area, energy type, etc. so it is difficult to determine an accurate energy efficiency rating. It typically doesn't need a lot of energy to run. With that said, this product is meant to be a decor with a warming feature, not as a main source of heat. I hope that information helps.

Does the fireplace have the option of having the heat on while having the flame effect off?

Can this be inserted into an entertainment unit? It says it needs to be mounted between .5m and 2.5m above the floor. Does that mean this is not an insert?

1. No, the flames on this unit only come in one color. 2. There are two flame settings on this, which change the height slightly. No, the brightness stays the same. 3. The flames on this unit are very realistic. 4. You can use the flame function without the heater. 5. There is no timer on this unit
