Build a strong foundation for your project with the durable PEAK® Deck and Fence 4x4 Post Base in Matte Black. Designed to secure a nominal 4x4 wood post directly to concrete, this bolt down post base is constructed from heavy gauge steel for dependable strength in light duty applications such as trellises, pergolas, mailboxes, birdhouses and other household projects. The base fastens to the post using eight 1/4 in x 2 in hot dipped galvanized lag screws (sold separately), one per pre drilled hole. The powder coated finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance and long lasting performance.
