Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to work with, Very durable paint finish Over the past 2 years I’ve purchased about 15 lengths for a foundation waterproofing project where plywood, blue skin, dimple board met the parging above. 10 foot lengths fit well into the SUV - put a sock over each end so the inside of your vehicle is protected during transportation. Pieces are easy to work with tin snip scissors ✂️. Easy to join together by opening 1/4 inch of the edge flange. I’m buying 8 more today for another job. See photo with the red arrow. Drip rail missed during vinyl siding job 11 years ago. During a test fit (not in photo) , this metal drip flashing fit perfectly since it’s so thin but strong. The equivalent in vinyl was too thick to fit in without cutting the foundation wall.

Off course if I make sure to select white, that's because it's the color I intend to use. But brown? No! That is not right that needs to change! I politely inquired if he could double check if this was the only format they had in stock, and it was. Therefore, my hand was forced to spend more money to buy paint and more time to apply it.

Can I use this for deck ledger flashing on a brick veneer wall? I'm using a 2x10 Pressure Treated Lumber for my deck ledger.

Hi there, and thanks for your question. Depending on the type of PT lumber you are using we would recommend a membrane between this flashing and the ledger. There is also a deck flashing available under Model # 8560 Store SKU # 1000163401, and again we would recommend using a membrane between the flashing and the PT lumber. Thank you!
