Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the look - leak and flow issues with the first one My problems were the cold water leaked / never completely shut off (therefore dripped) and the hot water flow was a trickle. Took it back to Home Depot and exchanged for another assembly and installed the new one which worked fine. Seems like a little Quality Control would have made my life easier. Love the way it looks and works great now. How long? Time will tell but it seems it was a problem with both cartridges. Installation was pretty easy as it took about two hours to take out the previous one and put the second one in. Maybe there's something about you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I paid a plumber to install the first one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved, loved the design of this faucet, and I still do. I thought it was so fun for a kids bat... I loved, loved the design of this faucet, and I still do. I thought it was so fun for a kids bathroom, and loved that the water comes out, to them, makes for easier hand washing for kids. However, it is far from spot resistant and even worse, water sits in the trough and eventually leaves water marks that you just cannot get rid of, I've been trying for 3 months. Maybe it's our water?? I don't know but it's all I see now when I look at the faucet. Sadly, we're stuck with it for it now as it's installed and we're not plumbers...it's not a top priority of ours to fix, as it does function, but if I could just out it back in the box and return it, I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it The specs didn't match... The holes for both hot & cold needed to be drilled before installation. That was frustrating as I chose this and my vanity because they appeared compatible. Good news is my husband has the correct tools only because we were in the middle of a major reconstruct. Otherwise we would have had to pay a lot to have a professional install it. Now that it is in, I LOVE IT! I also don't need super water pressure in the bathroom sink. If you do this is not the product for you. But it sure is nice to look at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to install Very easy to install. I like how you can easily remove the water supply lines. In the beginning, the hot water did not pour out as fast as the cold. I called customer service and they told me to remove the screen in the hot water supply line connector. I did that and it did not help. I called customer service back, and they told me to check out the cartridge. I then removed the handle to check out the cartridge and the hot water pressure was great. I put the hot water handle back on and it was still perfect. I then removed the screen from the cold connector and also reseated the cold handle. If the water comes out slow, then I recommend removing the screens and the handle and turning the cartridge on and off until it flows proplerly. It now looks great and works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The revised model works just fine. I purchased 3 of the previous models for my bath remodels. 1 worked fine, 1 had fair water flow and the last had almost no flow at all. After trying several things to increase the flow rate, I finally removed it, boxed it up and returned it to Home Depot for exchange. After a pleasent exchange, I took the replacement faucet home and discovered they had made several changes in this model. The valve cartridges are now different and the supply hook ups now screw on rather than the c-clip method of the previous model. After installing and trying it out, it now flows like a champ. I decided to replace the one that had fair water flow also. Now both in the master bath work like a faucet should. I'm debating replacing the 3rd one but it seems to work ok so I probably won't. Just be sure to buy the ones with the 2K at the end of the model number. Some of the stores still have the older ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replaced old faucet with this style -We love it. This is installed behind the sink so needed the reach. Removing the old faucet was more traumatizing than installing this new one. The waterfall affect makes the bath feel much more up to date. It went together easily and the "new" clip installation - a breeze. My only complaint is the instructions - there are pieces you remove and put back later. The instructions changed the part # from instruction to instruction. I almost threw away a necessary piece! The part # should remain the same so one knows that the removed piece is actually used in later instructions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finally great water flow. Finally have great water flow from the hot water valve. After looking at other reviews and also information from Price Pfister, finally was able to locate the screen to remove it and increase the water flow. Nobody states where it is located... After working on it this past weekend when the hot water became only a trickle; I removed the valve and checked for blockage... Nothing changed. I then removed the hot water connecting hose and the brass fitting that connects the hose to the faucet. The screen is at the faucet side of the brass fitting. Removing the screen and replacing the fitting to the faucet now allows the hot water to flow just beyond the drain stopper. Now it works like a dream and would now be able to highly reccommed this as a wonderful faucet. Also all parts have a lifetime warranty from manufacturer. Too bad it took 6 months to realize the solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase Fantastic appearance & easy to install if you're mechanically inclined. After 3.5 years, the connector hose between faucets & spout sprung a leak. I went to Home Depot to purchase parts & was told the spigot system has a LIFETIME warranty and just to call Pfister for free hose replacement. Called Pfister and spoke to the MOST professional support staff I've ever had to use! The rep took my info and sent a complete new system free of charge under the warranty. I've never been handled more professionally and courteously and plan to purchase all I can from Pfister!

Is the pull knob for the pop up drain on top of faucet. ( it's the only kind my narrow sink can take)

Asked by: Marie
No it is not "just for looks" The drain is activated by pushing the stopper itself and then pushing it again to release hope this helps

Why is hot water pressure is so low.

The hot water valve below sink is open all the way, yet when I turn on the hot water I barely get a trickle of water.
Asked by: silana
I thought the water pressure was fine in mine. The stream is so wide and heavy that it doesn't spray out of the nozzle like other faucet types might. If it did you would end up overshooting the sink and spray yourself. Check it again and gauge it by water volume and not necessarily pressure. If it truly is a trickle and the previous faucet delivered more hot water then it's possible something is in the hose from valve to faucet or the hose from faucet to spout. Also check that the handle is on so full travel of the handle allows it to completely open the faucet valve.

Which handle is hot and which one is cold

Asked by: 1234
Hope this answer makes sense to you. The right handle is the one that is arched away from you from center to outside left to right. The left handle is the one that is arched away from you from center to outside right to left. Another way to say it: Both handles will point away from each other and the outside of the handles will be the farthest place on the handle from you. This might also help: The water turns on when you pull the handle towards the front and off pushing away from the front.

could this faucet work as a replacememt for. a 4’ center mount faucet? Also, how long is the spout from the tip of the spout to the ceter of the verticle pipe?
Asked by: Saltlakemama
Hello Saltlakemama, This cannot replace a 4" spread faucet. The underlying valve assembly and the escutcheons of the handle and spout will not allow it. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris

We have had this faucet for a year. When we turn the water on it shoots straight out and hits the wall.

We pretty much have water turned off and even at a trickle hits the wall. How do we get the water tc flow down not straight out. It is horrible and soaking out bathroom.
Asked by: Lorgor
I had the same problem, had to turn down the water flow from the hot and cold shutoff until we were happy with the flow.
