It's a really beautiful fixture that is durable, and will last a very long time. I had a plumber install it, so I can't comment on how the installation went. He did not seem to have a problem though. The problem I have with it is the design of the drain stopper. At least in my sink. The stopper is a push type, not a pull up type. It seems to have a rubber seal that is blocking the water from draining quickly. Obviously, it works great to keep the water in the sink when it's pushed down, but as soon as you release it the water is very slow to drain. It's not that big of a deal since it's really a nice faucet.

Was disappointed even after spending more than a hundred bucks that it was so cheesy. Hope it lasts longer than the last one. It fit perfectly with the adapter for our 4 inch area. The only thing is with the open pump head like it is there is no full stream of water, it is a higher and lower flowing stream of water. Takes forever for the sink to fill up. Also when you turn off the water, it pools in the front lip of the faucet head and would be a good place for bacteria to grow. We have a washcloth for wiping it dry after each use. Other than that it seems ok so far. Its been in almost 2 weeks now with no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bathroom remodel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seldom write a review, but the Pfister products are superior and I am happy to pass along my recommendation. I changed out my old Pfister faucets, which were still working at over 20 years, for the Ashfield line. I love Pfister products!! I have them in 3 bathrooms and my kitchen. I had one issue when I installed my kitchen faucet, made one call and the replacement part was at my door within a few days. I will NEVER purchase anything other than Pfister. They are sturdy, beautiful and reliable, plus their customer service is unheard of for a fixture manufacturer. house!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome look and Function We did a facelift on our main bathroom, changing it out to a primitive look. This faucet fit the bill and we are always receiving compliments on it! We like it so much we replaced the two upstairs faucets with this model as well. Pfister stands behind their products. If it says "Lifetime" they mean lifetime. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Product I was unsure about this purchase but I'm glad we did. I was concerned about the water flow since I have read so many mixed reviews, however I was very pleased that the water flow is excellent. Keep in mind that it is different from a normal water faucet in the fact that the water runs out the trough instead of being forced downward in a normal faucet. The water flow is perfect to wash, shave, or do just about anything you can do with a normal faucet. The style is a great look for our bathroom. The quality is top notch, and it was very easy to install. I have no complaints and my wife and I really like the design.

Easy to install, and very smooth operation. 2 cautions for installers- 1) when turning the water back on, if there is air in the pipe, it will shoot water straight out at you when you first use! (cover with a towel or your hand) 2) note clearance from Back splash. Tilt know upwards and rotate to ensure proper clearance on rear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second purchase & installation in our new home We ordered and installed these in our old home. Over eight years later, we had two things which we had to replace. The finish on one appeared to chip off of the handle. These faucets are easy to install and have a great warranty which the manufacturer honors without question.(original owner) The only issue you should be aware of is that this faucet does not aerate the water like you're probably used to. This causes it to appear to provide/produce lower water pressure. Therefore, this faucet may initially cause you to use more water until you get used to that aspect.

About two years ago, I had this type of faucet installed in my bathrooms (3). All three of them have a white look in the spout like the Bronze is coming off. What do I do to get the bronze back? I have had plenty of compliments on them but the white makes them look cheap or dirty.
Asked by: Lea
I would look at your water type. My mom has hard water and anything touched with that water gets hard white spots that are a nightmare to get off. My other friend has well water and he lucky if he gets 4 years out of his faucets in the house before they are corroded and have to be replaced. I know of these "do not" use harsh chemical to clean them or the bronze will get eaten off. We actually use I hate to say it but Huggins baby wipes once a week and ours still look new.

How far past the spout reach of 4.5" does the water reach? My husband is concerned about getting his big hands under this faucet without hitting his hands against the sink. The pictures make it look like the water flows outward and not straight down suggesting the water flow hits the sink a bit past the 4.5". Thanks!
