Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful design but flawed lining in hose I had my house remodeled about 4 years ago and purchased this faucet to be a beautiful centerpiece. I love the sink but recently the pull down hose has begun to leak and finding a replacement hose is proving very difficult and no one seems to have one. It is super disappointing that I even have to replace the hose at this point and such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, it is way too late to return the entire faucet so I remain on the search for the proper hose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spectacular design This is one gorgeous piece of kit. Striking from any angle. Installation was a breeze, the hardest part was removing the existing unit. And 1.8 gpm flow is much higher than my previous faucet, so it fills pots faster and the spray is stronger. Face it, there's a million faucets out there. Put this in your kitchen and raise the bar.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful model and reliable except for the hose Bought this Pfister Indira faucet in June 2016 when I totally remodeled my kitchen. It is a very nice piece of design and got great compliments. And now, we just noticed the hose is leaking at the seam under the sink, causing swelling in my kitchen cabinets. I can see that i am not the only one having these issues. I am on the search for a replacement hose. Hopefully I will find it quickly and that the replacement hoses will not be leaking anymore as kitchen cabinet can be very expensive to replace due to leaks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most beautiful piece When I first saw this faucet 5 years ago, I had to have it. Most kitchen faucets are ugly or boring. I have had no problems with it at all. My elderly mother seems to have trouble returning the sprayer into the faucet, though I never have. So I'm gonna say that's user error. I came looking for it to see if I could get an updated finish that is on trend for my new kitchen remodel, but alas it is discontinued. The hole cover plate is starting to look bad on the front edge, but my new sink will be top mounted and I wont need it. Hoping Pfister will produce a new one with equally graceful curves that are easy on the eyes if ever I need to replace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice!!! When I first saw this faucet at Lowe's, I told my wife, "This is it!!!!! My plumber installed it, but didn't flush the new water system and it clogged up the new valve. I took it apart and cleaned the filter, and it worked fine. The hose started leaking near the head, and Pfister send me one immediately, I installed it and it works fine. I realized that I had been spray rinsing the sink, and abusing the hose connection by pulling and bending the hose and hose fitting unaturally, so I mended my ways. We also have some leakage at the base of the faucet, and tomorrow I will call them, and I am positive they will help me with this issue. This is the best looking faucet in the world!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don’t Get Hosed This is a very beautiful faucet but after a little over 3 years it started leaking where the hose connects to the spray head. Less than 4 years old that leak now sprays back at you when you pull out the spray head. Actually it leaks even when you leave the head in place, you just don't see it as well. Please read the reviews BEFORE buying this. There are many problems with the hose and hose connection. Not worth the money with this kind of poor quality in the functional parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 'Sexy Lines' This faucet has been in our home about 10 months. It has graceful, pleasing lines. So far it has worked just fine. It does however scare the daylights out of me. This was my wife's idea. I wanted a shorter model because I can't see how a unit this tall won't loosen up at the base over a fairly short period off time. We shall see. I don't know about 'ease of installation' as I had the gentleman that was installing our water heater put it in for me. Like I said, it has graceful lines and the finish is better than I expected.

I rarely leave reviews unless I am very happy or very UNHAPPY - this is a terrible product and even worse is the pfister company - faucet constantly leaks from the handle so I called and they told me that’s common and that I was still under warranty so they sent me a new cartridge. So now after spending about $300 on a faucet I’m lucky enough that I get to do repair work on it!!! That’s not what I spent $300 for. So I receive the cartridge with no instructions so I look up the manual and of course it’s notnin there either. I called Pfister back at 5:30pm on a Friday and they were closed. So I googled for a video found a similar model followed the steps and after removing the screw from the handle it still WOULDN’T COME OFF. Finally after nearly prying the handle off there’s no possible way to remove the cartridge as it’s under a large screw in nut that you can’t access!!! So I thought maybe it was me and I went and bought a second faucet - spent an hour installing it and the handle only allowed for hot water not cold!!! Literally the handle moved ONLY 1 of 2 DIRECTIONS so back to square 1! SUPER FRUSTRATED!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

How is soap dispenser? Do you use regular dish soap in it and does it get clogged with sticky dry soap like the bottles of dish soap at the end where soap comes out? Fawcett looks nice and sleek without bottom plate but would it be less sturdy without it?

Pfister model # F-529-7NDC comes with soap dispenser and with optional deckplate for installation. The recommended dish soap is liquid soap. The faucet will be secure with or without the deckplate.
