We purchased the Pfister faucet trim kit that was the predecessor to the Lyla faucet trim kit because of the five star rating of the trim kit. In all fairness we loved the design and function of the Pfister trim kit while it was installed. Unfortunately the valve is not included with the Pfister trim kit so the five star reviews of the faucet trim kit do not provide an adequate review of the Pfister valve that must be purchased separately. Therefore, the one star rating for the faucet trim kit is actually for the poorly designed Pfister valve that must be purchased separately. We had a professional plumber install the Pfister trim kit and valve during the remodel of our guest bath prior to tiling the shower. During the remodel of our master bath we found the band new Pfister valve that was installed in the guest bath two weeks earlier had been leaking into the insulation and sheet rock of the main floor ceiling. Long story short, we had a professional plumber try and fix the brand new Pfister valve with a brand new replacement valve that was sent to us by the manufacturer after contacting them regarding the leaky valve but the second brand new valve also leaked. Therefore, we not only had the additional cost of replacing the leaky valve by a professional plumber but also costs associated with the repair of the damage caused to the main floor ceiling from TWO brand new leaky valves. Prior to replacing the Pfister faucet trim kit and valve with another brand, I investigated online reviews of the Pfister valve and found a majority of home owners experienced the same problem with the brand new valve leaking at the time of install or within a short time after install of the brand new valve. We loved the Pfister trim kit but cannot in good faith recommend the Pfister trim kit due to the extremely poor design of the Pfister valve.

It's not easy to find out the brand because I bought my house just one year ago,or 15 years after the house was built. At last one video clip on Youtube informed me that it's from Pfister and on top of that Pfizer gives life time warranty to parts. So I mailed them and parts(cartridge) shipped in a couple of days. All other faucets are Pfister products and no problem yet. Even if there's any problem, now I do not worry about.

Rated 4 out of 5 by alex from wonderful shower head unit I have 3 set shower faucets from Pfister for a long time and I'm very satisfy with them ,not because they work well and lasted for a long time .The warrantee on the products are the most important one ,example last year I had a damaged valve on one of the faucet and I gave Pfister a call for help .They did their best to solve my problem .I glad I did choose Pfister products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DiDi from Wonderful features! This is the most wonderful shower head I've ever had. I even purchased another for a vacation home. The flow is terrific, but the best part is setting it on the temperature I like so there is no adjusting every time you get in the shower. Just turn it on, and it's always on the temperature you prefer. Hats off to the one who came up with this design!
